Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements specific to financial services processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex financial business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications aligned with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and interviews with stakeholders and end-users to understand financial services challenges, compliance needs, and specific requirements.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions tailored to Financial Services, addressing areas such as customer relationship management, wealth management, regulatory compliance, and more.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure seamless integration of financial services functionalities within the Salesforce platform.
  • Support testing activities to validate Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and fulfill business objectives.
  • Provide user training and support during the implementation phase to drive successful adoption of Salesforce solutions within the financial services domain.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Salesforce Business Analyst, specifically focusing on Service Voice, Service Cloud, and Digital Engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities and experience with digital engagement tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and developing functional specifications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address business challenges effectively.
