We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis/HANA Platform Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Administer and configure SAP Basis and HANA DB systems, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
- Develop and maintain Solution Manager dashboards to monitor and administer SAP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-landscape solutions and architecture recommendations.
- Provide expert-level support and guidance to project and development teams during implementation and production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience with SAP Basis Administration and HANA DB Administration.
- Minimum 8 full SAP life cycle SAP S/4 implementations experience.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with effective team player experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Enterprise portals, SAP GRC, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and Solution Manager.
- Experience with Solution Manager ChaRM and Transport Domain Controller.
- Ability to create and administer Transport Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of Vendors/partners and performance tuning of S/4 systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with Onsite and Offshore teams.
