We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to help grow our startup's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and design social media campaigns aligned with the company's overall strategies.
  • Implement and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and define the communication and content style, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Create, edit, and share engaging content in English, including visuals, status updates, and articles on the company's social media accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to social media efforts and digital tools, providing reports and insights to improve engagement and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in community management, preferably in a tech-related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design/editing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and online forums.
  • A team player with strong multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design, or a related field.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, especially for creating content on unfamiliar topics.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with additional design software, Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, and content design for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Some experience with project management tools.
  • Basic video editing skills for YouTube.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Proactive, with a continuous learning mindset and the ability to adapt to new tools and trends.
