**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Recruiting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, including sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing our talent brand, screening candidates, and advising hiring managers on the recruiting process.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and effective results.
- Develop and execute strategies to source top talent in the market, utilizing search engines, career sites, and other innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on the recruiting process.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates and hiring managers.

**Requirements**

- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification, and experience in corporate recruiting and talent marketing.
