Senior Commercial Director for Latin American Markets

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial efforts in Latin America as Senior Commercial Director for the region.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our network of partners in Mexico and beyond.
Your primary focus areas will include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing and prospective partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team of Business Development Managers to deliver exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven Track Record: A strong background in commercial leadership, preferably within the transportation or mobility sector.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and negotiate agreements with senior stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A solid understanding of data analysis and its application in driving business decisions.
