We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to join our team at Cooper Standard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production.
- Conduct analysis and develop action plans to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Train and supervise maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prioritize maintenance activities based on production requirements to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure that spare parts are available for critical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, including IATF-16949 and environmental management systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, electromechanical, or related engineering.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
