Accounting Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our finance team as an Accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and maintain financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Post and process journal entries to record business transactions.
  • Perform reconciliation operations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Assume other tasks and general accounting responsibilities as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements:

  • Fully understanding of basic general accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel.
  • Experience with accounting/ERP software, with NetSuite experience a plus.
  • Highly motivated, hand-on, with a high level of integrity and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive-minded, team-oriented individual with strong time-management skills.
