Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst - Financial Management Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable tasks, including following up on open balances, reconciling adjustments, and processing chargebacks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate follow-up on open balances in the S/4 Dispute Management system within the SLA.
  • Timely and accurate reconciliation of AR adjustments.
  • Research, troubleshoot, and rebill balances as needed.
  • Communicate with account owners to validate pricing and ensure timely communication with customers regarding open balances.
  • Manage customer responses, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from customers regarding open balances.
  • Manage rebill activity for non-national accounts and communicate tracker to all market locations to ensure actions are taken.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to Field Location Leaders as needed and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Control, or Operations.
  • Fluent in English and ability to work within strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
  • Proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle high volumes of requests.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers.
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong passion for customer service and ability to build favorable business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
