About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled .NET/Angular Developer to join our remote-based team in Mexico/South America. As a member of our Agile development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality code, working closely with Architects, Director of Engineering, Tech Lead, and other Software engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the architectural vision following best practices
- Create maintainable and well-written code
- Mentor and grow junior team members
- Participate in team Agile ceremonies
- Provide clear communication and assist with production issues if needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Angular (not AngularJS)
- 3+ years of experience with HTML/CSS, with specific experience in converting design images to well-structured code
- 3+ years of experience creating prototypes in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- English Level B2 or higher with clear speaking communication skills
- Comfortable, quiet place to work for extended periods
- Stable internet connection capable of video conferencing and performing the tasks expected of the role
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with.NET, C# (Recent emphasis on.NET Core)
- 2+ years of experience with multiple databases of various storage types with emphasis on MySQL
- Experience with API interaction
- Experience with object-oriented design and programming
- Extensive experience with Git
- Experience with Agile
- Strong interest in staying current with industry trends in technology
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under limited to no supervision, both independently and within a team environment
- BA/BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field preferred
- Knowledge of the automotive industry through direct or indirect work experience is preferred
