In this role, you will be responsible for managing the total Accounts Receivable of an assigned portfolio to ensure that collection objectives are met.
You will work closely with customers, sales, and operations to resolve conflicts and support the dispute management process by identifying, qualifying, and assigning disputes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Collection Management for all levels of portfolio complexity, including Business and Global Accounts.
- Make recommendations for account blocks based on credit status, account balance, and customer payment habits.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Public Accounting, or a related field.
Intermediate – Advanced English (Speaking, writing, and reading).
3 to 4 years as a Senior Specialist with experience in B2B Collections.
Experience handling complex and specific transactions.
