Position Overview

The primary focus is to ensure that intercompany transactions are accurately reflected in the financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, enabling them to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to analyze substantial transaction volumes and communicate effectively with intercompany partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather and evaluate financial data to create journal entries for general ledger accounts.

· Examine, investigate, and rectify discrepancies in financial entries and reports.

· Collaborate with intercompany partners to ensure alignment of balances during the closing process.

· Reconcile all balance sheet accounts associated with specific intercompany ledgers.

· Initiate settlements or wire transfers with intercompany partners in accordance with accounting policies.

· Ensure timely aging and settlement of accounts.

· Support both internal and external audit inquiries.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

· A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

Job Requirements:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

· Familiarity with Oracle, Blackline, and/or Virtual Trader is advantageous.
