Key Responsibilities- Compare supplier invoices against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and verify receipt of items, prices, and applicable discounts.
- Maintain and verify all accounting transactions in the ERP system.
- Carry out tasks related to external audits.
- Support corporate reporting.
- Verify, process, and schedule payments to suppliers according to procedures and provide correct information.
- Perform month-end support and weekly check runs.
- Calculate monthly ISR and state taxes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Improve DPO and DSO metrics.
- Prepare electronic accounting files and XML invoices.
- Prepare monthly tax calculations and DIOT declarations.
- Prepare INEGI reports.
- Monitor bank accounts to reconcile customer payments.
- Public Accountant degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Office, Excel, and any ERP system.
- Ability to create accounting reports, detail-oriented, and teamwork skills.
- English conversational level.
