Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be responsible for balancing, design, and routing for vehicle assembly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line sway and line sway releases.
- Develop PFMEA.
- Design and maintain the distribution of production.
- Determine production labor.
- Define the sequence and routing of the process.
- Release of BOM and 2D drawings.
- Custom workstation design.
- Any other duty or responsibility assigned by the supervisor.
- Perform activities related to security.
- Provide support to production problems.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for its role in relationship with ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
- Comply with the planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support actions corrective.
Requirements:
- Professional Career in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing, Mechanical or similar).
- 4 years experience in related field.
- Bilingual (80% English and Spanish) both oral and written.
- Six Sigma Methodology.
- AutoCAD.
- Caa is a plus.
