SHIMIZU NORTH AMERICA LLC (MEXICO Branch) is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee the planning and execution of industrial plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design requirements and project specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality construction work.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget tracking, and quality control metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on industrial plant construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, CAD, and other construction management software.

• Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Professional certifications, such as LEED AP or PE.
• Experience with EMTs and other construction management software.
