Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative role at First Advantage is a vital part of our team, where you will be the voice of our customers and help drive business decisions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through professional and polite conversations.

Responsibilities:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Open and conduct all conversations professionally and with empathy, listening carefully to customers and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • De-escalate client frustration by remaining calm and using effective communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Document all information gathered and actions performed during customer interactions, including reasons for calls, resolutions, and follow-up activities.
  • Contribute to knowledge content in the reference center to support online resources and promote the value of this content to all customers.
  • Manage pace and quality of work to meet goals, making changes based on feedback from supervisors or performance metrics.
  • Share the voice of the customer through appropriate channels to inform business decisions.
