**Job Description**:

Lead a team and provide employee development, training, and drive the performance management process as well as manage an efficient organizational structure.

Execute and launch material handling projects.

**Responsibilities:**

Executes deliverables in support of the supply chain organization's business objectives. Guides one of the key areas within the Global Supply Chain to ensure business objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product, and financial initiatives.

Position communicates to all levels of the organization, within the function as well as other functions and suppliers. Position is responsible for supporting relationship management with logistic suppliers and service providers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Understand and assess complex supply chain issues and lead teams in a cross-functional environment to successfully resolve issues minimizing impacts to vehicle production.

Assess supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production.

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions.

Ability to summarize critical issues with resolutions and communicate to leadership.

Analyze metrics supporting supplier critical issues or sufficiency plan resolution.

Ability to be flexible and at times work extended and non-core hours to ensure issues are worked to resolution.

Ability to problem-tackle complete issues and implement new and innovative strategies.

Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions.

**About the Role:**

This role is responsible for supervising and leading activities to develop strategies to improve capacities, warehousing layout, headcount, contributing to the key areas within Supply Chain Organization: manufacturing/warehouse operations, supply chain systems and processes, launch execution and scheduling, and material management.

Position will be responsible for developing new processes, standards, and leading analysis and issue resolution in support of the organization's business strategies with a direct impact on overall business results.

**Requirements:**

Carreras afines: Cualquier ingeniería o licenciatura con previa experiencia relacionada.

Experiencia requerida en posiciones similares: de 1 a 3 años.

Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).

Nível de Inglés: Avanzado.

Habilidades Críticas: Conocimiento en manejo de almacenes y bancos, Conocimiento en sistemas de jalar, Experiencia en implementación de proyectos.

Experiencia en ingeniería industrial.

**Preferred Skills:**

Acrobat (deseable).

Microsoft Office.

Manejo de datos.
