Job Summary:
The Vos Coordinator - Strategic Operations Lead will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational excellence within the Vertiv Group Corp. This individual will be responsible for developing and deploying strategic initiatives that align with the company's overall vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the local VOS Manager to develop and deploy VOS strategy, leading change initiatives and driving process excellence.
- Lead facility Vertiv Operating Systems communications, education, and training programs.
- Implement site analysis, including baseline operations, financial analysis, and continuous measurement and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of operational execution and leadership experience.
- Prior experience in leading diverse teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a matrix management environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate leadership without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Six Sigma / Lean certifications.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years' experience.
