**Cargo**: Senior Loss Prevention Specialist

**Descripción del puesto**: Buscamos a un profesional experimentado para liderar nuestros esfuerzos en prevención de pérdidas en nuestra propiedad hotelera. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en análisis de riesgos, desarrollo de políticas y capacitación de empleados.

**Responsabilidades**:

  • Asegurarse de que todas las áreas de la propiedad cumplan con los estándares de seguridad y prevención de pérdidas.
  • Desarrollar y implementar políticas y procedimientos efectivos para prevenir pérdidas.
  • Capacitar a los empleados sobre los riesgos y las políticas de seguridad y prevención de pérdidas.
  • Realizar análisis de incidentes para identificar áreas de mejora.

**Requisitos del candidato**: Experiencia en prevención de pérdidas, análisis de riesgos y capacitación de empleados. Conocimientos de seguridad y políticas de prevención de pérdidas. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente.
