About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Assets Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial information related to fixed assets.

This role entails coordination and supervision of activities, analysis, and reports to guarantee timely execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will also be responsible for identifying, proposing, and executing projects to improve processes, contributing to productivity, efficiency, savings, and quality of life in the area of fixed assets.

Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Fixed Assets services R2R according to SLA
  • Supervise the follow-up of the calendar and closing activities of the accounting month and year in the area of Fixed Assets and Projects
  • Analyze and prepare executive reports for Management, internal, external, and corporate auditors
  • Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, and controls of the financial information of the area
  • Support Ops Controller to avoid additional exceptions for external audit
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent education
  • 4+ years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Financial technical skills achieved through experience or accounting qualification
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • SAP knowledge and US GAAP and/or Local GAAP knowledge
