**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant to join our Product Services French Team at Factorial HR. As a crucial part of our Product team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, implementing and ensuring the usage of our platform to its fullest, and gathering customers' feedback.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Onboard our new French customers by assisting them via video call and email until Factorial HR is fully implemented in their organization.
  • Bring a consultative approach to customers to ensure a fully customized experience setting up their accounts.
  • Understand our client's problems and needs, convert problems into solutions, and gather their feedback.
  • Share improvement points that can help us create the best customer journey and unlock the market.

**Requirements**

  • French expert speaker and professional English.
  • Proactive: you will need to find the best way to ensure your accounts are fully activated and that clients have the best experience implementing Factorial HR.
  • Fast Learner: you can quickly become an expert on our software and it's easy for you to keep up-to-date with product updates.
  • Problem-solving mindset: the ability to propose alternative solutions and workarounds to answer unexpected requests from clients.
  • Good sense of analysis: while onboarding our clients, you will have to understand the specificities of the market and translate this knowledge into information that can be used by the Product team to further improve our solution.

**Nice to Have**

  • Previous experience onboarding customers or in other customer-related roles.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Expenses software is a big plus.
