Job SummaryThe Senior Test Engineer role is responsible for developing, validating, and ensuring the organization follows procedures and software to assure the product meets specifications. The Test Engineer must focus on improving End Of Line Tester Yield (EOL), working together with Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Manufacturing Cells.
Key Responsibilities- EOL Tester Time Out Reduction.
- Improve End of Line Yield Testers.
- Development of Maintenance Routines.
- End of Line Tester Procedures development.
- Lead Cost Reduction Projects.
- Improvement / Automate current EOL Tester and devices.
- Optimization of Tester Routing Sequence to improve productivity.
- Improve Traceability protocol to update parameters database.
- Support and work with Focus Factory Manager to assure New Products meet Product Specifications.
- Improve / Maintain 5'S on EOL Tester Area.
- ICT management.
- Leading Test Technicians team.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluent in English.
