Job Description

The Transformation Management Specialist at North American Production Sharing, Inc. plays a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption of SAP systems and processes across the organization.

This position requires a unique blend of change management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process excellence to drive business readiness and maximize system utilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a local change management strategy aligned with the corporate methodology and toolkit, working closely with site-based Training Coordinators and Super Users.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder assessments, coaching, and support to foster a culture of change adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive local stakeholder map, engagement plan, and communication materials to ensure informed decision-making and active participation from impacted end-users.
Business Readiness and Impact Analysis

Collaborate with the local site team to identify, assess, and develop action plans for potential impacts of change (IOCs), engaging site leadership and tracking progress to ensure effective implementation.

Work with the local Market Lead to quantify and prioritize potential benefits of change, aligning with site leadership to realize key benefits.

Communication and Engagement Strategy

Develop and execute a targeted communication plan for internal and external stakeholder groups, creating impactful materials and campaigns to promote change awareness and adoption.

Support and coach Super Users to effectively communicate the people's impact to their end-user groups, fostering a culture of open dialogue and collaboration.

Organizational Alignment and Succession Planning

Establish and oversee role-mapping education activities for Super Users, ensuring end-users receive the necessary SAP access and training to meet new process requirements.

Work with local HR leads to develop succession plans, maintaining the SAP Super User role post-go-live and ensuring continuity of knowledge and expertise.

Training and Development

Design and schedule local training plans in close collaboration with site leadership, ensuring users are available for mandatory training and tracking progress to report on training status.

Implement strategies to reinforce learning, adapting, and applying new skills to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

OCM Governance and Toll Gate Meetings

Monitor and track business readiness through Leadership and OCM Governance forums, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure project milestones are met.

Proactively manage OCM deliverables for key Toll Gate meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in organizational change management within large-scale programs (ideally SAP change management experience).
  • Passion for organizational change management and experience managing resistance.
  • Familiarity with training program planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and proficiency in the local site language.
