Schneider Electric Gruppe is a leading global company that creates innovative technologies to shape industries, transform cities, and enrich lives. As a Manufacturing Supervisor - Production Leadership, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems and proper application of defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
- Act as the legal responsible in case of accidents and participate in load/resource balance with the manufacturing manager.
- Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with cost, quality, and lead time objectives.
- Responsible for the performance of a production/manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.
- Align resources with needs within short- and medium-term horizons, elaborate training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, lead short interval management at sector level, and formulate/escalate issues where necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and adjust manufacturing programs according to customer priorities in ad-hoc systems.
- Organize training needs of teams and manage versatility in accordance with target defined.
- Contribute to industrial processes improvement with functions supports.
- Participate in investment proposals, transverse projects, and action plans at the plant level.
- Can be a Key-User of the Manufacturing Domain (PEX).
Requirements:
- Degree in related fields.
- 2+ years of experience.
- Intermediate English Level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
- Performance management tools.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position.
