About the Role

  • As a Production Director, you will oversee the production activities of a global FMCG company, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry standards.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals, working closely with other department managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • You will oversee production budgets and manage resources for maximum productivity, establishing and monitoring performance-reporting systems to track progress.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that manufacturing processes comply with national and international standards, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

About You

  • To succeed as a Production Director, you will require a degree in Engineering or a relevant field, along with proven work experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry's legal rules and guidelines is essential, as well as outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrable ability in decision-making and problem-solving is also crucial, along with a competitive salary package.
