About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Source To Pay Administrator to join our team at Jabil Circuit. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing our procure-to-pay process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Coupa Implementation Team to roll out the established P2P process in new sites
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology platforms to support organizational metrics and goals, such as cost reduction and process efficiency
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, training, and roll-out of additional Coupa modules as required
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for all supporting material systems, including Coupa, Walkme, SAP, and Per Angusta
  • Work closely with the purchasing community to ensure buying channel implementation and stay ahead of the competition in supply chain management
  • Foster successful relationships with the purchasing community and demonstrate a return on investment for all enhancements made to Jabil's supply chain tools or processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or a relevant business field
  • Experience working with Coupa Procure to Pay, with a focus on supplier onboarding, cXML integration support, and general system administration
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, project management, and people skills
  • Three to five years of relevant business experience
  • Ability to create procedural manuals and effectively present information to large groups
