- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement in industrial operations.
- Utilize lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and communicate industrial performance to stakeholders.
- Lead change management efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
- Provide coaching and guidance to industrial teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in industrial performance improvement, operational excellence, or related roles within a manufacturing environment. At least 4 years.
- English advanced.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with a track record of achieving measurable improvements in operational performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
