Clinical Contract Specialist II

The role of a Clinical Contract Specialist II plays an integral part in making sure that physicians at our research sites are prepared to start the trial of investigational products for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
  • To stay connected with investigative sites, sponsors, and internal personnel regarding contract-related documents.
  • To prepare and coordinate preparation of contractual documents and correspondence.
  • To facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.
  • To function as the internal consultant on study budgets and contract development.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related experience is preferred.
  • Negotiation skills, drafting and reviewing contracts, and budgeting analysis.
  • Proven expertise in reviewing and negotiating contracts and budgets.
  • Experience in a clinical research environment with specific experience in study contracts review and budget negotiation.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
