Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and good practices at all times
  • Participate in projects focused on reducing electrical and component consumption
  • Support the launch and transfer of new products and manufacturing processes
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance maintenance efficiency
  • Contribute to the analysis and reduction of downtime due to machinery
  • Develop and maintain environmental and safety programs in the plant
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and uptime
