Cloudwise Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for developing tax plans to improve cash flow and net income. You will also be responsible for all tax and Transfer Price matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop tax plans to improve cash flow and net income
- Be the contact for tax and transfer price questions
- Stay updated on tax legislation and communicate implications to management
- Support total VAT effort of the country
- Ensure all taxes are properly accounted for and disclosed in accordance with US GAAP and SEC rules
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively more responsible Tax assignments
- Multinational experience
- Big 4 experience a plus
- Track record of achieving measurable tax objectives
- Knowledge of Tax, SEC rules & regulations, US tax rules, international tax rules and practices
Education & Certifications:
- An undergraduate degree in accounting is required with a concentration in tax desired
- Desired: An advanced degree (i.e. M.B.A, Master of Tax, other advanced degree), or certification (i.e. CPA, JD, LLM etc.) are each desirable
Salary: $48,000.00 - $69,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: El Salto, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education: Bachelor's (required)
Experience: Accounting: 10 years (required), Multinational: 10 years (required), SEC: 5 years (required), MX Tax Rules: 10 years (required)
