Housekeeping Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run sold room reports and verify room status to determine discrepant rooms.

• Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms.

• Assist housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate efforts with other departments.

• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms and prepare and distribute room assignments to housekeeping staff.

• Record, monitor, and update the list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms and ensure that vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.

• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory experience is not required.
