Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and that guests receive their food and beverages promptly.
  • Ensure that all tables are properly set and that all guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including the tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and objects weighing in excess of 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time and to move around the dining area as needed.
