Job Summary

The Senior IT Solutions Specialist will provide business, process, and technical expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response to teams responsible for assessing, designing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions to clients and customers. This role requires a techno-functional consultant who is proficient in Rapid Response authoring and has a strong understanding of supply chain aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop composite workbooks in RR
  • Author workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains
  • Exposure to Control set configurations, Planning Calendars, PDR customizations
  • Enhance existing workbooks as per business needs and perform associated regression testing
  • Knowledge of scripting, Forms, and web services is an added advantage
  • RR Data Governance and Data model
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts, forecasting, inventory management, MRP, production scheduling

Requirements
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry
  • Bachelor's Degree
