We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Global Workplace Projects organization. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and implementing complex construction and capacity expansion projects from design to realization, within approved scope and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and implement projects from design to realization, within approved scope and budget
  • Ensure trade-off discussions are made with partners to find the best possible solution
  • Establish and run project teams, including kick-off, ongoing communication, and alignment
  • Run Stream meetings, providing recommendations and identifying trade-offs
  • Participate in Program Steering Committee meetings
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on project participants' performance and deliveries

**Requirements**

  • 4-5 years of experience in project management, managing 25-50 persons
  • Focus on industrial building projects is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
  • Worked in international/multinational companies
  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas in Spanish and English
  • Solid experience in driving projects using Stage Gate Model philosophy
  • Customer focus and service-minded person with strong internal customer relations and processes
  • Strong sense of collaboration and ability to make independent decisions
  • High drive and curiosity to improve business processes
  • Responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions with high quality demands
  • MS Office 360 programs proficiency
