- Leading and/or providing expertise to functional project teams and participating in cross-functional initiatives

- Collaborating with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field, preferably with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Finance Leader for Hybrid & Peripherals Business will be responsible for:
- Performing complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively
- Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance
- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross-functional planning processes.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
