About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Education Partnerships Manager to join our North America Business Unit. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our partnerships with over 40 universities across the region.

Responsibilities
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to university clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their international student recruitment goals.
  • Developing and executing customized partnership strategies that drive engagement and enrollment, including campaign implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT), to leverage data-driven insights and drive business growth.
  • Fostering strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our services and offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • (Near) native level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with experience in digital marketing a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
