**About Us**
Leschaco, a leading logistics company, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Key Account Management team.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing account plans, coaching and training key account team members, and monitoring their performance. A strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct supervision of the Key Account Management team
- Developing and implementing account plans for key accounts
- Providing continuous coaching, training, and development opportunities for key account team members
- Monitoring the performance of inside sales team members and providing regular feedback in performance evaluations
**Requirements**
- A customer-centric approach with analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Strong commercial skills, business acumen, and negotiation skills
- Relationship building and problem-solving skills
**What We Offer**
A competitive salary of **€80,000 - €100,000 per year**, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
