Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Business Applications operations and projects, you will play a crucial role in driving and supporting our business systems, facilitating smooth operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support to users through the service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Conduct daily maintenance tasks for the backend and job operations of ERP and CRM systems, ensuring optimal system performance and data integrity.
  • Support audit activities related to ERP systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support release management and version control processes, including planning and facilitating Users Acceptance Tests (UAT) according to predefined requirements and test cases.
