**Your Role**
As a Project Manager, Team Lead, you will own project launch, planning, control, and delivery against timeline and budget metrics for assignments within your area of responsibility. You will hold the core team accountable for deliverables, and delegate assignments while staying on schedule and budget.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Effectively manage projects of moderate to significant scope, leading the project team to execute against timeline and budget metrics.
- Create a clear project scope statement and build a supporting plan that effectively factors in resource availability, task durations, and dependencies, budgets, and costs.
- Check progress regularly against the plan and make adjustments to optimize execution.
- Document progress against the project plan throughout the project and formulate status reports.
- Present status reports to the team and immediate manager, tailored to the audience.
- Engage additional resources as needed to address obstacles or delays.
- Adjust the plan per management guidelines as delays or obstacles are experienced.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-8 years of experience
- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable
- Intermediate to advanced communication and facilitation skills
- Intermediate to advanced presentation skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of advanced concepts with project management approaches, tools, and methodologies
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PC-based documentation tools, including MS Office and MS Project
