The Operations SAP Key User is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between operations and the SAP system. This role serves as the primary point of contact for operations and support areas, addressing any doubts or errors in the system or process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the operation and SAP process.
2. Analyze and escalate errors or doubts in the system, providing feedback to leaders and stakeholders.
3. Participate in SAP-related sessions with leaders and teams across the Safran network.
4. Collaborate with teams to analyze information and SAP flows, aiming to create or automate indicators.
5. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the technical field.
Requirements
An engineer with 1-2 years of experience, possessing basic knowledge of our processes. Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields are preferred.
