Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Process all payment methods and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including reporting accidents and injuries to management.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
  • Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
