Data Impact, a leading e-retail and omnichannel analytics company, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Professional to join our dynamic team based in Europe. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the USA, helping them maximize their use of our platform and resolve any product or service-related issues.

About the Role:

  • Support account managers in daily client interactions
  • Become proficient in our platform to effectively assist clients
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently by clarifying product or service information
  • Ensure accurate and complete responses using appropriate methods/tools

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills (knowledge of French is an asset but not mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a successful customer care specialist, preferably in the grocery e-commerce sector
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with working in a multicultural environment
  • A logical approach, data-driven, organized, and conscientious mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Customer-centric and business-oriented mindset
  • Team spirit, autonomous, and adaptable
  • Proficient in IT tools, including Excel

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
