North American Production Sharing is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in the Tijuana site.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the costing system parameters in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. They will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including sales, purchasing, manufacturing operations, IT, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform various analyses, including manufacturing transactions and product profitability, to ensure accurate allocation of manufacturing costs according to established costing policies.

2. Maintain standard costs and cost drivers in accordance with existing costing policies.

3. Conduct monthly checks to ensure the reliability of inventories.

4. Participate in the production of month-end financial statements, focusing on the sales and cost of goods sold portion, and analyze variances.

5. Perform monthly system tasks to ensure the recording of cost transactions in the manufacturing and accounting systems.

6. Collaborate in the management of the financial portion of inventory counts.

7. Participate in the coordination and production of annual budgets and quarterly financial projections.

8. Collaborate and support manufacturing operations in the financial analysis of various special projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing industry.

Advanced Excel skills required.

ERP management experience.

Accounting systems knowledge.

Dashboard applications proficiency.

Advanced English language skills.

Strong organizational, flexibility, teamwork, autonomy, and commitment skills.
