About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Program Manager to join our Amazon Logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business performance, identifying gaps, and creating plans to mitigate and drive to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deep dive into key business performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive results.
  2. Define program requirements and use data and metrics to determine improvements.
  3. Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
  4. Cross-functional coordination and alignment between stakeholders.
  5. Develop new goals to measure the success of our program and drive the health of the program.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication across all levels and teams in the organization.
  7. Support the launch of new operations in logistics.
Requirements
  1. Completed Bachelor's degree
  2. +5 Years of general experience
  3. Solid understanding in operations and launching new processes.
  4. Experience tracking metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions.
  5. Experience providing status and results of projects.
  6. Spanish and English fluency (C1+).
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in first mile operation.
  2. Experience in process improvement tools.
  3. Data analyst and SQL knowledge.
  4. +2 years of work experience working in Transportation and/or Logistics.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an innate understanding of presenting data to different levels of leadership and sections of the organization.
