Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage special improvement processes within the warehouse area to achieve significant cost savings and productivity gains.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize material flows, reduce waste, and maximize resource utilization.
- Coordinate Vendor Returns management, TPMs, STL, and STT activities to maintain high levels of reliability and productivity.
- Use Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Design (VSD) tools to identify opportunities for improvement in the value chain.
- Eliminate waste in processes through the proper application of Business Process Simplification (BPS) tools.
- Develop and implement new initiatives based on the needs of the floor (Gemba) to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze, propose, and implement improvements to material flows within warehouse processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related field.
- Several years of experience in plant start-up or manufacturing, with a strong background in logistics and planning.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in international teams and intercultural environments.
