Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated production and service delivery systems to ensure performance, reliability, and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional priorities and drive business growth.
- Lead large-scale projects to optimize complex processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain global IE systems and applications to support manufacturing processes.
- Communicate key Industrial Engineering metrics to regional teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare complex quotes for new manufacturing projects, including end-to-end line design, value-added labor, and equipment sizing.
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of industrial engineering tools, including work measurement, simulation, process mapping, and facilities design.
- Knowledge of Jabil's global strategies and direction.
- Understanding of site facilities, capabilities, and their alignment with Jabil's strategies.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including P&L planning, delivery, and data science techniques.
- Proven record of successful change management, continuous improvement, and cost reduction programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and Quality Systems applied to internal manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering required.
- MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred.
- Lean Masters Certificate or Six Sigma Silver required.
- At least 15 years of working experience with 7 years in industrial engineering or a related field.
