Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement manufacturing processes and workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Design and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure manufacturing staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 4 years of high-level experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Lean manufacturing training or certifications
- Six Sigma or other SPC quality tools
- Fluency in English and Spanish required (read, write, and speak)
- Experience in Auto-Cad and business systems
