- Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Identify, document, and manage project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implement approved actions and workarounds.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities.
- Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution.
- Perform project financial management - Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or related).
- 1 to 3 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
