**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the analysis of monthly financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with PMO Leads to ensure adherence to plan and forecast.
  • Provide reporting and analysis support to leadership to enhance visibility and decision-making.
  • Develop, standardize, and automate financial and operational performance reports using various reporting tools and data sources.
  • Compile project financial information for business reviews.
  • Drive centralization for ERP Projects to capture project highlights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support the ERP Controller in Month End reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure standardization, efficiency, and best practices in reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from PMO Leads.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, and lookups.
  • SharePoint and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with different ERPs (SAP or Oracle) is a plus.
  • Experience in budgeting software (Hyperion, OneStream, Adaptive, etc.) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail to provide accurate information for deliverables.
  • Ability to understand the flow of transactions through the accounting cycle.
  • Ability to multitask to obtain various pieces of information to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and accomplish standard and ad-hoc deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and quick learner.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment and quickly changing situations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
