- Directly supervise engineering operations related to building maintenance, machinery and equipment maintenance, and installation of new machinery and equipment for production set-up.
- Directly supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Supports in the diagnosis of problems, replace or repair parts, make adjustments, and maintain production equipment, machinery or instruments to ensure functional reliability.
- May research time lost due to equipment malfunctions and develop recommendations for improvement regarding procedures, systems, equipment, and/or technology.
- Directly supervise the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion.
**Requirements:**
- University degree (engineering).
- Advanced English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Availability to rotate shifts.
- Management of personnel in teams of at least 10 people (technicians).
- PLC knowledge - Allen Bradley, Siemens.
- Robot maintenance and program skills (ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa).
- Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic skills and knowledge.
- Management skills (self-directed, planning, purchasing, tracking and reporting).
- Problem solving (lean manufacturing).
