Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and materials to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain operations.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Computer skills required.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English.
  • Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APICS certification desirable.
  • Understanding of problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, 8D, root cause analysis).
  • High level of interpersonal skill to work effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality registration schemes and certification processes (ISO9001, AS).
